We use NO chemicals or preservatives.

Our season runs from mid-April through the end of October, and sometimes a week or two in November.
We will de-head at no charge.
Prizes vary depending on size.
If you like to fish, we also have fresh bait.

Family owned oyster processing business for 33 years. During the summer (May thru November) we also catch shrimp, crabs and fish. The only seafood processors in Cameron.
